Say NO to Abortion Expansion in Massachusetts! The Respect Life Office of the Diocese of Worcester in collaboration with the Massachusetts Catholic Conference and our host parish, Sacred Heart of Jesus, Webster, will offer another opportunity to learn more about the proposed state legislation (HB 3320 and SB 1209) to expand abortion in Massachusetts – going even beyond Roe v. Wade. James Driscoll, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Catholic Conference and Marianne Luthin, Director of the Pro-Life Office of the Archdiocese of Boston will explain the provisions of the bills and offer specific suggestions on how parishioners can mobilize and let their voices be heard in opposition to this proposed abortion expansion. Whether you are able to attend or not, please express your opposition to abortion expansion by contacting your local legislators and the members of the Judiciary Committee. You can find out who your legislators are, and who the Judiciary Committee members are, along with their contact information and talking points regarding these bills at the Massachusetts Catholic Conference website HERE.
